On January 9th, 2016, a much needed work crew arrived from Christ The King Church in Belfast. We moved a heavy pile of hemlock timbers out of the field into the woods where the sugar shack is to be constructed.

We had a great year of carrots, beets, turnips, rutabagas, peas and beans. Not bad for 2nd year farmers.

This year was a remarkable year for apples in Maine. The spring was perfect for abundant blossoms and the trees exploded with fall fruit. On coram Deo Farm we have over 40 apple trees that need restoration.

We started with some pressure treated posts to mount the solar panels on and the added the small buildings for goats and hay. Our plans include building more small structures and a small chapel in the woods.

The summer of 2015 was busy logging timber off the Coram Deo Farm property. It has been over 30 years since timber had been removed and much of it was long overdue for harvesting.

There is plenty of snow to go around for everyone. The Solar Panels provide 1500 watts of energy to our 675 amp hour 24V battery system year round.
