Spring Greetings

Coram Deo Farm Logo

For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;

Song of Solomon 2 11-12

We trust you had a productive winter studying the scriptures and growing in your love for The Lord and His sheep.

One of our missions at Coram Deo Farm is to feed His sheep. We have spent the last three years building the infrastructure in support of our efforts to house various visitors in the days ahead.

Tomorrow, May 13th, saints from Christ the King and Limington OPC will be helping us with the completion of a guest house. It's a bit of an emergency in that we have a family that has been suffering with the severe symptoms of Lyme disease needing to occupy the guest house for a few weeks to see if mold in their home is exacerbating their symptoms. They have not been responding to treatment and the doctor suspects their weakened immune systems may be reacting to toxic mold found in their home. So our guest house will be a haven of rest for a few weeks to see if symptoms ease up.

For anyone interested: every day is a Coram Deo Farm workday! We take volunteers any day, any time, to help with planting, managing livestock, scything, clearing debris from the old stone walls and more.

Our immediate needs include a tractor, building materials, electric fencing, and laborers.

Please consider joining us for the day or even a few hours. We love visitors and would enjoy showing you around and discussing the project.

Know of any young people who want to apprentice on a farm for the summer? A Christ centered farm? Please consider sending them our way!

We appreciate your prayers in these matters.
